At Rock Paper Scissors K-Pop, we want you to love your style as much as your favorite idol's comeback. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the 30-day window.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free of makeup stains or perfumes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
